I. About WFVC
Weifang Vocational College (WFVC) is located in the City of Weifang, Shandong Province, which is the World’s Kite Capital and a tourism city in China. There are two campuses of Binhai and Kuiwen, covering an area of 1.6 km² with a building size of 0.78 km² . WFVC is a public full-time vocational college approved by the People’s Government of Shandong, enjoying a history of more than 60 years. The college consists of 10 full-time schools, such as Information Engineering School and International Business School, and several interdisciplinary institutes, such as International Education School, offering 7 undergraduate programs of “3+2” segmented education and 48 diploma programs. There are over 20,000 full-time students at the college. WFVC had won the honorable title of National Top 50 of International Influence for 3 years in a row. In 2024, the college successfully obtained the Quality Certification for Higher Vocational Education for International Students in China.
WFVC have started to enroll international students since 2014. Up to now, more than 2,000 students from over 30 countries such as South Korea, the US, Russia and Kazakhstan have studied here.
Ⅱ. Courses
Comprehensive Chinese, Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Chinese Culture and HSK4 tutoring.

IV. Application Requirements
1. Candidate should be above 18 years old to 30 years old
2. Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport, and meet the requirements of the document No.12 [2020] issued by the Ministry of Education of China
3. Candidate must have obtained the senior high school graduation certificate, and will be selected according to the scores ofthe highest education
V. Required Documents (Documents which are not originally written in Chinese must be attached with certified Chinese or English translation)
1. Certified copy of senior high school graduation certificate or equivalent diploma (fresh graduate could submit pre-graduation certificate first)
2. Certified copy of transcript of senior high school or equivalent
3. University student should submit the certified copy of transcript of all the courses that have been studied in university
4. Passport information page (valid for at least two years)
5. Candidate who is already in China should submit the visa page and residence permit page of passport and a document describing your performance issued by your current school
6. Photo (white background, passport size, in JPG format)
7. Certificate of non-criminal record
*Note: please ensure the application information and documents are true and valid, otherwise you will not be allowed to apply for studying in WFVC.

VII. Application Procedure
Visit the International Students Application System: sdwfvc.at0086.cn/student, and register with your e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you finish registration. Click the link in the e-mail to activate your account. Then upload your documents in the system. 360 browser or Chrome is recommended.
VIII. Admission
1. After the submitted materials have been reviewed and deemed qualified, the school will notify applicants who pass the preliminary review via email to participate in an online interview. The school will select candidates based on a combination of their application scores and interview performance until all spots are filled.
2. The school will notify the admission results via email.
3. From July to August, the school will send electronic admission notices and the Application Form for Visas for Foreign Students Coming to China (JW202 Form) via email.

XI.Insurance
All the international students are required to purchase the Comprehensive Insurance Plan of Foreign Students according to the Ministry of Education of China. Students who do not have valid insurance are not allowed to register. The premium for group comprehensive insurance is: RMB 800 per year. Please visit www.lxbx.net. to get the detailed information such as the clauses, insurance liability, claim method and download related materials.
XII. Scholarship
WFVC is funded by Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship. There are full scholarship and partial scholarship. The full scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, basic living expenses and comprehensive insurance. Partial scholarship covers some parts of above mentioned items.The Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship has a limited number of slots and will be closed once fully enrolled.
